Exclusive Venue Access:
With 50 acres, you and your guests can enjoy the privacy of this beautiful property, including all of our venue spaces, from 9 am to 12 am.

Our light-filled multi-purpose space, commonly used for cocktail hour or optional rehearsal dinner includes a built-in bar with a refrigerator.

On-Site Accommodations
As an add-on option, you have exclusive access to booking the on-site house, The Grove, that sleeps six. Walking distance from the Lumen House!
Custom Vendor Policy
While we provide a list of Preferred Vendors as guidance, you have the flexibility to choose your own vendors—except for catering, bartending, and planning services.
Caterers, bartenders, and planners must be selected exclusively from our approved vendor list. This ensures a seamless experience and maintains The Lumen House's high standards of service.
All other vendors providing services to our Client must be professional vendors with a minimum of Business Liability Insurance. We do allow exceptions to this rule for items such as desserts or your officiant.
