Everything You Love About The Lumen House
Host up to 50 guests with eight hours of exclusive access starting at 2:00 pm, including the Greenhouse, ceremony lawn, mini courtyard, veranda, and reception hall. Available Monday through Thursday and on select Friday through Sunday dates.
Private Access
Exchange vows in the Grand Courtyard beside the fireplace, raise a glass in the Greenhouse under its sparkling chandeliers, or host dinner in the Reception Hall or out on the Veranda as the lights glow across the property. Every setting is designed to flow into the next.
Micro-Ready Spaces
Welcome guests to a space already thoughtfully prepared with tables and chairs set to your layout (a 3,000 value included with your booking). Our clean-lined tables and oak bentwood chairs complement any design style, creating a modern, welcoming canvas that’s ready for your vision.
Neutral Furnishings
Crafted for smaller celebrations
Make guests feel cared for with easy parking and clear, accessible paths throughout the property. Every detail is designed to keep arrival simple and movement effortless for guests and vendors alike.

Bring the team you love, or lean on ours. We'll gladly share planners, caterers, and creatives who know The Lumen House well. Our built-in Greenhouse bar includes ice, sink, and refrigeration.

Want to get ready on-site? Our two spacious, light-filled suites are available as a paid addition to your rental. Each is designed with comfort and ease in mind, including full-length mirrors, generous lighting, and a shared courtyard perfect for quiet moments in the hours before your celebration begins.

There are so many conveniences on site such as bride and groom getting ready rooms, honeymoon suite, multiple halls, and a kitchen.
