Full & Exclusive Venue Access
Enjoy private use of The Lumen House’s 50-acre property from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Your rental includes the Greenhouse, Grand Courtyard, Veranda, Reception Hall, and two Get Ready Suites.
Elegant Event Spaces
- Reception Hall with floor-to-ceiling windows, white walls, and modern design accents
- The Greenhouse, a climate-controlled, light-filled space with an indoor bar
- The Grand Courtyard, ideal for ceremonies or open-air gatherings
- The Veranda, a covered area perfect for cocktail hour or as a rain plan
- The Mini Courtyard, an intimate nook for portraits or first looks
- Two Get-Ready Suites featuring lounge seating, natural light, private bathrooms, and direct courtyard access
Amenities & Furnishings
- White oak bentwood chairs and wood folding tables (linens not included)
- Full-service catering prep kitchen with warmers, refrigerator, ice chest, and three-compartment sink
- Indoor bar in the Greenhouse
- Custom backup plans for inclement weather
Vendor Flexibility
- Caterers and planners must be chosen from our approved vendor list to ensure seamless service, and bar service will be exclusively provided by our in-house team.
- All other vendors (photo, floral, entertainment, etc.) may be selected by you, provided they carry business liability insurance
- Recommended Vendor Guide provided upon booking
- Exceptions made for officiants and desserts
- The Grove, an on-site 3-bedroom, 2-bath home (sleeps six), available for overnight or day-of rental—just a short walk from the venue
- The Cabins, two thoughtfully designed homes within walking distance of the venue, each 1,900 sq. ft., include two en suite master bedrooms and one bunk room. Sleep up to 12 per cabin.

Chic On-Site Accommodations
The Grove, our private on-site rental home, is just steps away from the venue and available for day use and overnight stays. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for up to six guests, it’s an ideal setting to prepare, recharge, and soak in the celebration.

While we require that you choose your planner and caterer from our trusted list, our extensive network of preferred vendors gives you the freedom to select other creatives who align with your style and budget.

Unlike prefab structures added as an afterthought, our Greenhouse was designed specifically for events. With expansive glass panes and full climate control, you’ll have a light-filled space that feels open, inviting, and comfortable year-round.

MB & Luke's wedding perfectly married moody, refined details with rustic show-stopping accents. Their ceremony took place outside beneath the modern archway with a textured backdrop and lush florals completing the space. They transformed the reception space with moody florals, deep tone candles, and beautiful furniture. The star of their reception design was the elegant draping throughout the space, leaving guests in awe. We love seeing couples customize The Lumen House's spaces to meet their unique vision!

Madi & Joe's day was a timeless celebration marked with chic accents and infectious joy. Their ceremony was held outside beneath the arch. The lawn was lined with wooden chairs and accented with lush white florals. Their reception was clean and simple in all the right ways with tables topped with crisp white linens and white roses. As first dances and cake cutting ensued, the celebration flowed into the night as guests packed the checkered dance floor. We loved hosting this beautiful wedding celebration!
