You’ll have exclusive access to the main “House” from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with no overlapping events, no rushed transitions, and no off-limits rooms: just time, space, and the freedom to move through the day at your own pace.
Private Access
Included in every booking: clean-lined tables and 300 white oak bentwood chairs. No clunky banquet shapes or slipcovers required—just versatile, beautiful pieces that support your vision rather than fight it.
Neutral Finishing
Spacious, light-filled, and soundproof, these two private rooms were designed by Charlotte’s top hair and makeup artists. Full-length mirrors, lounge seating, and clean, neutral tones make them ideal for getting ready—and for the photos that come with it.
Dressing Rooms
Just steps from the venue, The Grove offers a modern three-bedroom home for overnight stays—perfect for families, wedding parties, or a quiet morning after. Two newly built modern cabins provide additional space, increasing the total guest capacity to 24 when fully reserved. It’s a stay that’s peaceful, practical, and beautifully close to it all.

Parking and Accessibility
A dedicated venue manager who knows your layout, knows your vendors, and knows how to stay ahead of your needs will be available to oversee setup and provide behind-the-scenes support, exactly when you need it.
Dedicated Assistance
To ensure a smooth, supported day, we require couples to select from our approved planners and caterers. All other vendors are welcome. We also provide in-house bar service, with licensed bartenders and curated packages to make one more part of your day stress-free.
