MB & Luke | Fall Wedding at The Lumen House 10/12/2024

MB & Luke’s celebration at The Lumen House was drenched in beauty and intrigue with earthy florals, antique decor, golden details, and ethereal draping. Honey & Thyme Events planned this lavish fall wedding in North Carolina, playing to the moody fall tones with autumnal florals from Meraki Blommor. Ellie Mckinney Photography and Wild And Roam captured the day’s events for our couple to look back on for a lifetime.

Their ceremony was held outdoors where they said ‘I do’ underneath the modern arch, surrounded by rich florals wrapping up the structure. Guests gathered on the lawn in rows of natural wood chairs, greeted by vintage decor and head busts. MB chose a fitted mermaid style gown with a floral applique. I Do Style brought out her natural beauty with glowing bridal glam. Luke opted for a classic black tux and black bow tie, donning a boutonniere that matched their wedding florals. Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour in the glasshouse with custom shelving to house more vintage decor and a Black Moth Bar.

From there, guests were consumed by the magical draping that transformed the reception space. Unspoken Designs, Curated Events Charlotte, Squiggle Rentals provided the custom fabrication and decor for the day, allowing their vintage-chic theme to flow throughout the property. Mauve and pink fall-theme florals topped the tables along with grapes and dark candlesticks. Tables were marked with travertine stone numbers and draped with natural linens from BBJ La Tavola. After guests enjoyed a meal from Family Catering Service, Barkz Beats turned up the heat in the glasshouse as guests made their way to the onsite afterparty. Vibes were high and the music loud as the dance floor stayed packed throughout the evening. This wedding was such a beautiful celebration at The Lumen House full of unique decor, beautiful designs, and plenty of love.
