Kennedy & Kyle | May Wedding in North Carolina 5/16/25

Wild Rover planned a beautiful May wedding, for Kennedy and Kyle, at The Lumen House in North Carolina. Kori Hoffman flawlessly captured the day’s moments from portraits to the ceremony, reception and after party. Our bride opted for a strapless silk gown with a bow tying the front together. Her groom chose a classic black suit with velvet black loafers. Katelyn Elizabeth Styling completed the bride’s look with glowing makeup and full curls, bringing out her natural beauty.

Their ceremony was held outside on the lawn deck with wooden chairs lined up, creating an aisle leading to the modern ceremony arch. Our bride was escorted to her groom, arm in arm with her father, as she smiled at all of their guests. They exchanged vows underneath the arch, surrounded by white and green florals. Their fluffy four-legged companion joined in for a wedding recessional portrait as they made their way back down the aisle.

From there, guests headed into a cocktail hour where a champagne tower was waiting. Our couple poured champagne over the glasses as they toppled over in a picturesque moment. The reception would be held indoors in the main venue area featuring floor to ceiling windows. The space was transformed with long tables topped with white linens, black napkins, white florals, and glowing candles. Cooke’s Rentals provided pieces to help bring their vision to life. King of Fire provided the catering for guests to enjoy, while The Mobile Steed provided bartending. As guests mingled, the bride and groom had their first dance along with their parents. Speeches and toasts were given celebrating the newlyweds as they were surrounded by loved ones.

DJ Barkz Beats kept the energy high during the after party as guests filed into the greenhouse for late night dancing. Our bride changed into a short dress with fuzzy slippers, while her groom swapped his loafers for Jordans, carrying them through the night. Guests shot confetti canons into the air as the newlyweds made their exit, ending a perfect day at The Lumen House. This was such a fun celebration with beautiful details at every turn!
