Chelsea and DJ’s wedding was a classy black-tie affair filled with intimate moments, tailored suits, and black silk, thoughtfully planned by Wildflower Events. Dylan Kale Photography captured each part of the day starting with getting ready portraits, then the groom’s smile walking down the aisle, the pride and emotion on the bride’s father’s face as he gave her away, and finally ending with a lively reception celebration. Hair by Nataliya styled Chelsea’s hair into luscious cascading curls paired with a natural glowy makeup look by Makeup by Caitlyn.

The Lumen House provided the perfect backdrop for soft and romantic portraits as the couple stepped away for a few intimate moments to themselves. The modern arch and glass windows acted as the perfect backdrops to showcase exciting moments with the wedding party. Ivory and cream blooms and lush green foliage were sprinkled throughout the ceremony and reception by Delicate Florals, complemented by the delicate draping to further immerse guests within the couple’s love story.

As evening fell, the reception space took on an elegant feel with romantic draping on the tables, soft candlelight, and bows positioned on the place settings. Chic black menus made guests feel as if they were at a VIP black-tie affair. Guests enjoyed savory dishes by Roots Catering and sweet treats by Poppy Sugar Station that paired nicely with freshly roasted coffee by Coffee Bean. DJ Trey Entertainment brought everyone to the dance floor and added a stylish, cool vibe to the night. Delicious and unique cocktails by Carolina Crafts on Taps further elevated the atmosphere. Chelsea and DJ’s March wedding at the Lumen House was a chic VIP black-tie celebration that felt unique, exciting, and unforgettable.
